“We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome.”

We originally booked a hotel down the street, HAD THE WORST first impression and refused to stay. We drove down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn and Jervon helped me with such warmth and kindness. I know he could tell I was frazzled, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He got us into a beautiful clean room immediately (before their actual check in time) and I was so grateful!

“Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! “The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. I had missed a flight and they were happy to offer a late checkout.
Full kitchen with large refrigerator, washer and dryer too.
On our last day we were going to sit in the hot tub and it wasn’t working. They fixed it and we just had to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. They were apologetic. Good for extended stay”

“The room wasn’t very clean. Poorly vacuumed, stains on bedding, and what looked like boogers on the walls. There was even used soap bars and empty amenity bottles in the shower and behind the sink. Staff at the desk were helpful and nice. Was also rushed out of our room right at 11am. You get what you pay for. At least we had good nights sleep for the whole weekend ”
